In case of the wrong operator or wrong number, we can't refund the amount if the ''number'' was valid and recharge has already been done.

If any user wants to close their account they should finish their RechargeHero wallet balance before closing, Because we can't transfer their RechargeHero wallet balance to bank account.

In case of any pending or processing payment, it may take upto 3 working days to reflect on your RechargeHero wallet or may refund to your bank account..

Money deduct but recharge or bill payment not success?

For pending status:

For recharge please wait 2 hrs and for bill payment please wait 24 hrs.

The order status automatically update and if your recharge failed then your amount will be refund your wallet.

If still pending status then contact us, our representative will solve your problem very soon.

For success status:

If your recharge not success in your number then register a complaint from recharge history page or contact our chat support.

Note: You must be raise complaint within 3 days from recharge date. Otherwise we are not able to refund your amount.
